Ron Lovett is an entrepreneur and leader with a passion for change. He builds brands that challenge and disrupt their industries. Ron loves going back to the drawing board by creating companies with a purpose.

Starting from 2003, Ron successfully scaled his Halifax-based guard security company to over 3,500 staff across Canada and, in 2018, sold to the largest provider in the US at a 24X multiple. After that, Ron founded Connolly Owens to redefine the employe journey and help companies transform their employees into passionate stakeholder through various people & culture programs. Also, Ron focuses on his rapidly-expanding multi-family residential portfolio through Vida Living, whose purpose is to revolutionize workforce housing across North America and plans to reach 10,000 units by 2027.
