Professional facilitation to guide & support your people.

Peer group session with 8-12 members in same level positions (sales, finance, executive. etc.) or members of ERGs.
02/06
Reporting on every session within 48 hours

Members participate in exercises to help build comradery and trust among the group and learn how to effectively participate in the program.
05/06 Onboarding Program
Presentations, Clarification & Experiences. We guide your team members through a process that provides actionable solutions to your organization's toughest challenges:
06/06 Regular Meeting Flow
Participants prepare their own experiential case study for peer review. Training is provided on how to deliver a powerful presentation that provides a clear picture of the challenge to the group.
1. Case Study presentation
Participants ask clarifying questions to help better understand the challenge and to further investigate the case being presented.
2. Clarifying Question Period
Once participants have all the info they need on the case they begin to share their own relevant experiences, best practices and what 'what-if' scenarios for the presenter to consider.
3. Experience Sharing & 'What if?'
1.5-2 hours sessions every 6 weeks
